All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by VETCHY. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes on online purchases from the U.S.

We understand that carrier issues and delays can occur. We have observed that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and may physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

If your order is showing as "Delivered" by the carrier after 4 business days, and you have not yet located your package even after checking the area surrounding your delivery address, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note that VETCHY is not liable for missing or stolen packages marked as delivered or orders that have a final scan at the correct address provided for your order. If you believe the package was stolen or mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE USA). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. We encourage you to email us at for expert advice on size and fit before ordering. For orders that are refused upon deliver, we will not offer refunds for the merchandise or shipping. We will not pay for the return fees when the package is abandoned. For orders that are returned to sender because the recipient is not available to receive the order during delivery attempts, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Recipients must contact the carrier immediately after the first delivery attempt to retrieve their package.

Delivery. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third parties. This includes delivery address mistakes, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are present at the time of purchasing the goods. We can not take any responsibility for delayed orders to other countries outside the US due to individual custom regulations. Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties. You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Vetchy is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. Miscellaneous. You will be subject to the policies in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies before we send you the invoice.
