This Privacy Policy describes how Vetchy, LLC (“Vetchy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit https://vetchy.com/ (the “Website”) or otherwise use our services and products (collectively, the “Services”). Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional personal information rights and choices, which are detailed in the “Your U.S. State Privacy Rights and Choices” section. If you have any questions, comments or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please send us an email at customercare@vetchy.com
1. Information We Collect. We collect information from those who visit and interact with our Services.
Information You Provide to Us: This includes:
- full name, email address, physical address, and phone number;
- credit card and payment information; and
- interests, comments, requests, and other information you may offer.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you use our Website, we and our third-party partners automatically collect technical and usage information, which may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, Website visits, page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and interactions with our Website (such as clicks, scrolls, swipes, share lists, and recommendations). This information is collected automatically as described in Section 4 below.
Information We Receive from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from other sources, including:
- Payment Processors: When you complete a purchase, our payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Square) provide us with transaction confirmation details.
- Advertising Partners and Affiliate Networks: When you interact with our ads on other platforms or click an affiliate link, we may receive information about that interaction from partners like ShareASale to measure our campaign performance.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information. We use the personal information we collect to facilitate the provision of your requested services, such as to fulfill orders. We also use this information to track user behavior, improve our products and services, communicate with you regarding the Services, and generate statistics and trend data for internal and external business purposes, such as marketing campaigns and social media advertising.
3. How We Share Your Personal Information. We may share your information in the following ways:
- With Advertising Partners and Affiliate Networks: We may disclose or “share” your personal information (such as Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet Activity, as these categories are described below) with third-party advertising partners, including social media platforms, search engines, and affiliate marketing networks (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Bing, ShareASale). This is done through the use of cookies and other tracking technologies described in Section 4 and is used for cross-context behavioral advertising and to track marketing effectiveness.
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform tasks on our behalf. These providers include our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers (Google Analytics, Northbeam, Hotjar), and marketing providers (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- To protect us, our users, or to law enforcement officials: We may share your information to comply with legal processes (including to comply with the law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to respond to subpoenas, discovery requests, or similar legal processes or proceedings), cooperate with law enforcement or when we believe it is prudent to share information with legal authorities, and investigate and prevent fraud or imminent harm to you, our users, or to us. We may also share your information to ensure the security of our network and services.
- In the event of a business transfer: We may share your information with another entity as a result of a corporate sale, merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or we go out of business. User information is generally considered an asset that is transferred in one of these types of corporate transactions.
- With your consent: We may also share your information in other circumstances when we have obtained your consent.
- SMS Marketing: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal information, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to automatically collect information, analyze website traffic, personalize content, and for advertising purposes.
- Types of Technologies:
- “Cookies” are small data files stored on your browser or device.
- “Log Files” track actions on the Website and collect data including your IP address and date/time stamps.
- “Pixels” (or “Web Beacons”) are tiny electronic files embedded in our Website that are deployed by us and our advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google, Microsoft Bing) to record information about how you browse, measure ad effectiveness, and enable targeted advertising.
- How We Use Them: We use these technologies to identify users, keep the Services secure, and improve performance. Specifically, our Website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart; this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
- Your Choices and How to Opt-Out: Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Website to function and cannot be disabled. For other cookies, you have choices. Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences through their settings. Additionally, you can opt out of many third-party advertising services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal. To specifically manage Google’s services, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-On and adjust your Google advertising preferences. Please note that disabling or deleting cookies may prevent you from properly using certain features of our Services.
- Third-Party Cookies: While third-party services like Google Analytics and our advertising partners have their own privacy policies governing their broader data practices, we are responsible for providing you with notice and choice regarding the use of these technologies on our Website, as described in this policy.
5. Consent to Data Processing in the United States. Whether you are a resident of the United States, the European Economic Area, or any other global jurisdiction, we may send and store your personal information outside of the country in which you reside. We currently store your data in the United States. By using our Services and consenting to this Privacy Policy, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal information in the United States.
6. Third Parties. Your information may be held by third parties or we may link to other sites or applications not affiliated, owned, or controlled by us. When you click on a link or an advertisement, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a third party’s website or advertisement does not in any way create a relationship between us and that third party. We do not endorse or represent any third parties. The privacy practices of any third parties are outside the scope of this Privacy Policy and their use or disclosure of your information (including your personal information) will be governed by their own privacy practices or policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices or policies of those third parties.
7. Do Not Track. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. However, where required by applicable law (such as for consumers in certain jurisdictions), we endeavor to honor opt-out preference signals like the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out.

Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
9. Data Retention. We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and applicable legal requirements. If you request deletion of your data, please note that we may be required to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes (e.g., to process chargebacks or comply with legal obligations).
10. Security. The security of your information is important to us. We maintain various safeguards in order to keep your personal information safe. We always strive to do our best to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee that your information will always be secure. However, you can play your part in ensuring your information remains secure. You should never disclose your login credentials or personal information with anyone else, and you should keep such information in a safe and confidential manner. You should also adopt passwords that are hard to decipher and be sure to log out of your account whenever it is not being used by you. We will notify you, by email or through the Services, if we believe your information has been breached. Such notification will be made to you as soon as practically possible given our need to determine the scope of such breach and to comply with the needs of law enforcement. Please note that you transmit your personal information at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any deliberate or accidental circumvention of our privacy and security measures.
