RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We accept returns for refunds within 14 DAYS of receipt of your shipment.
* If 14 DAYS have gone by since your shipment arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, you will have the option to exchange or receive store credit up to 30 DAYS after receiving your shipment.
* Please do not send back items for return or exchange without pre-authorization from our returns portal or customer care. Our warehouse will not recognize your items and therefore they may be lost.
* After receiving your return label, you have 7 days to ship back your items.
TWO OR MORE ORDERS:
If more than 1 order was placed and you need to return or exchange items from both orders, you must get an RMA return number for each separate order.
We are not able to accept items from different orders inside 1 return request. Our returns warehouse will not recognize the additional items inside the package.

All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with tags and liners attached. If your swimwear has removable pads, the pads must be returned to ensure credit. Worn or stained swimwear will not be accepted.
Store credit - For the store credit items, refunds will not be issued.
- Are there any charges for returns?
• $8.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label.
• U.S Exchanges are FREE of charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE THE U.S )
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
We encourage you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expert advice on size and fit before ordering.
For orders that are refused upon deliver, we will not offer refunds for the merchandise or shipping. We will not pay for the return fees when the package is abandoned.
For orders that are returned to sender because the recipient is not available to receive the order during delivery attempts, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Recipients must contact the carrier immediately after the first delivery attempt to retrieve their package.

VETCHY orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and is not included in the price at checkout. These fees are charged by your country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order.
VETCHY is not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs website for more info.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your request has been processed. Once processed, a refund credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your bank or card statement.
