Returns
14 DAYS to request the return of an item from the date you received it. Vetchy will not accept any returns outside of the 14 day window. Please do not send back items for return or exchange without pre-authorization from our returns portal or customer care. Our warehouse will not recognize your items and therefore they may be lost.
Sale items are not refundable and are only eligible for a size exchange.
Exchanges
You have the option to exchange or receive store credit up to 30 DAYS after receiving your shipment. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of any damages. We will gladly replace damaged or broken items promptly. If you were gifted Vetchy, you can return your items for store credit. Please reach out to customercare@vetchy.com with the gifter's first and last name, email address, and the products you’d like to return or exchange. The gifter won’t be notified of any changes. All exchanges are free of charge.

Two or More Orders
If more than one order was placed and you need to return or exchange items from both orders, you must get an RMA return number for each separate order. We are not able to accept items from different orders inside one return request. Our returns warehouse will not recognize the additional items inside the package. If you need to exchange or return items from separate orders and have any questions, please contact us at customercare@vetchy.com
All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with tags and liners attached. If your swimwear has removable pads, the pads must be returned to ensure credit. Worn or stained swimwear will not be accepted. Any items purchased with store credit to Vetchy will not be issued a refund.
Shipping a Return. After receiving your return label, you have seven days to ship back your items. Vetchy will not be able to accept the return past the seven day window.
FEES. All US orders shall be subject to one $8.00 USD charge per returned package. This return fee will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label and restocking fees.
U.S exchanges are FREE of charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your request has been processed. Once processed, a refund credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to show up on your bank or card statement.
Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. If you return items purchased using a gift card, we can only refund the credited amount back to your gift card within 30 days after receiving your shipment.
Store credit: Store credit is non-refundable
International Import Duties
All VETCHY orders ship from Los Angeles, California. All international packages may be subject to import duties and taxes and are not included in the price at checkout. These fees are charged by your country of import so we have no control over any customs/duties fees associated with your order. VETCHY is not responsible for these charges. Please check your local customs website for more info.
