RETURN POLICY U.S ORDERS ONLY
We accept returns within 14 DAYS of receipt of your shipment.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. No exceptions.
All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with tags and liners attached and in its original packaging.
Don't forget, liners and tags must be on!
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and what you're returning. We will e-mail you back with a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
• $8.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund for the pre-paid return label.
• Alternatively, you may use a registered post service of your choice to return the goods and you will be responsible for the charges. Please keep your tracking details.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S - RETURN POLICY
At this moment we are unable to accept International returns. All international sales are final. We encourage you to email us at email@example.com for expert advice on size and fit before ordering.
