Pink With Purpose Campaign terms

PINK WITH PURPOSE: From October 1–31, 2026, VETCHY will donate 10% of Net Sales from eligible items marked “Pink With Purpose” to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. Net Sales excludes discounts, returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, and duties. Purchases are not tax-deductible. See Campaign Terms.

Campaign Terms

The Pink With Purpose campaign is sponsored by VETCHY LLC (“VETCHY”). The campaign begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026.

During the campaign, VETCHY will donate 10% of Net Sales from products clearly marked “Pink With Purpose” on vetchy.com to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation. Donations will support the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission to accelerate progress in triple negative breast cancer research and improve outcomes for those affected by TNBC.

Eligible purchases are purchases completed through vetchy.com during the campaign period and shipped to the United States. Products that are pink but are not marked “Pink With Purpose” are not eligible. Gift card purchases and purchases through third-party retailers are excluded. An eligible product purchased using a gift card will count when the gift card is redeemed.

“Net Sales” means the purchase price actually paid and retained by VETCHY after discounts, cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargebacks, excluding taxes, shipping and handling, duties, and gift wrapping. VETCHY will not deduct product costs, marketing expenses, overhead, or other operating expenses.

VETCHY will calculate the final donation after all applicable 30-day return periods have expired.

VETCHY, not the customer, makes the donation. Purchases are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible. The Foundation is the campaign beneficiary and is not responsible for VETCHY products, fulfillment, customer service, or returns.

The Foundation’s name and logo will be used only with its permission. VETCHY may modify or end the campaign if reasonably necessary, but no change will reduce donations already accrued. Purchases remain subject to VETCHY’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, shipping terms, and return policy.
